IKEA Order Pick-Up on level 0 at The Mall Athens

The IKEA Order Pick-Up at The Mall Athens is located on level 0 of the shopping mall, very close to the escalators and the elevator.

To locate it more easily, we advise that you look for the orange sector in the parking lots of all levels, as this entrance is the closest to the pick-up point.

If you visit the IKEA Order Pick-Up on level 0 at The Mall Athens with public transport accessing from the entrance on level 2, the pick-up point is located on level 0 of the mall at the opposite corner of the main entrance.

In order to collect your order you must demonstrate the sales order form with the receipt or the SMS confirmation you received on your mobile phone.

The pick-up takes place via appointment which you arrange when placing your order. For your best service, we suggest that you remain punctual to the time and date of your scheduled appointment.

The pick-up point is open on weekdays and Saturday 16.00-20.00. All appointments are scheduled within this time period and it's not possible to pick up orders from the IKEA store located on the 4th floor.

If your order includes large or heavy products, you can temporarily park your vehicle in the parking lot (level -1 – orange sector, spots Γ104-Γ106) for loading – You will receive further details and alternative solutions at the pick-up point.
