Good to Know
Safety and compliance
Handle with care! A damaged edge or scratched surface can cause the glass to suddenly crack or break. Avoid bumps from the side - this is where the glass is most vulnerable.
WARNING! Tipping hazard – this product must be securely anchored. Use suitable screws and plugs for your home. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.
Additional information
Tempered glass is 4-5 times stronger and more resistant to breaking than regular glass. In case it would break, it shatters into many granular pieces to reduce the risk of injury.

Designer thoughts
Designers Eva Lilja Löwenhielm and Ola Wihlborg
"When designing TONSTAD, we wanted to create a series with balanced proportions and a classic, timeless character. The pieces of furniture have generous sizes, great functions – and can be used individually or in larger combinations. We’ve worked with veneer and solid wood that have a tactile feel and develop a nice patina over time. We hope that many people will create their own personal solutions – and experience the quality of both the materials and design."
