"JANINGE started out as a challenge – to create a chair that could handle the everyday wear and tear of a restaurant, yet be well-designed enough to take home. We needed to design for strength, durability and stability, as well as high quality and comfort. Thanks to close cooperation and team spirit, we managed to solve the equation of combining design, function and quality in the same chair – and at a low price."

With stackable chairs you'll always have a way to seat all your guests. And you can easily keep many chairs on hand, since several chairs stacked on top of one another don't take more room than a single chair. Stacking things and building vertically saves floor space. Practical in both small homes and large ones.

We gave the JANINGE design team the challenge to create a chair that works as well at home as in restaurants – meeting the high standards of certification for public use and giving you good value for money. To achieve this, the design team needed to do things differently and break the traditional mould, so to speak.
