This promotion is available to Samsung Account holders who are also members of Samsung Members. A Samsung Account is required to access Samsung Members.

SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS HELLAS SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME, an importing and trading company of electrical and electronic goods, having its registered office at 24A Kifisias Avenue, Marousi, Attica, 151 25, Greece, registered with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under number 009349401000, and telephone number +30 213 0163800 (hereinafter the “Organiser”), in cooperation with “HOUSEMARKET SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME FOR TRADING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, FURNITURE AND CATERING ITEMS”, having its registered office in Paiania, Attica (Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” Commercial Centre, Building 501), registered with G.E.MI. under number 003804201000 (hereinafter “IKEA”), and with the support of the advertising agency “ZZ DOT”, having its registered office at 16 Amvrosiou Frantzi Street, Neos Kosmos, Athens, registered with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under number 004268201000, and telephone number +30 210 825 375 (hereinafter the “Advertising Agency”), is running a promotional campaign entitled “Samsung Wallet x IKEA Samsung Members Promo” (hereinafter the “Promotion”), subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Participation (hereinafter the “Terms”), available at https://www.samsung.com/gr/offer/IKEA-promo/ (hereinafter the “Site”).

A total of up to 1,893 IKEA Gift Cards worth €50 each, together with two additional IKEA Gift Cards worth €500 each, will be awarded through a prize draw.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Promotion is open to natural persons who have reached the age of eighteen (18) and permanently reside in or are residents of Greece, as well as to legal entities having their registered office in Greece, provided that they submit the relevant participation application while located in Greece. If the purchase document has been issued in the name of a legal entity, the participant declares that they have all necessary authorisations to use that document for the Promotion and to receive the Gift. The participant and beneficiary of the Gift shall remain the natural person submitting the entry. Persons lacking legal capacity to enter into legal transactions are excluded from the Promotion.

2. How to Participate / Promotion Mechanics

To participate in the Promotion, each participant must:

  • a) Make at least one single purchase with a total value of €50 or more at an IKEA physical store or the IKEA online store in Greece, as listed at https://www.ikea.gr/katastimata/, between 26 October 2026 and 22 November 2026 inclusive (hereinafter the “Purchase Period”), as evidenced by a purchase document and proof of a transaction made through Samsung Wallet using a participating VISA payment card added to Samsung Wallet.
  • b) Complete the participation process through Samsung Members, as described in Clause 4 below, during the period from 26 October 2026 to 6 December 2026, inclusive (hereinafter the “Participation Period”).

Each Samsung Account may be used for only one (1) entry in the Promotion. A valid entry requires the submission of an IKEA purchase document, namely a retail receipt or invoice, and the corresponding proof of transaction through Samsung Wallet, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Gift

Under this Promotion, individuals who make purchases at a physical IKEA store and/or the IKEA e-shop in Greece and meet the requirements set out in these Terms (hereinafter the “Beneficiaries”) may, if they wish, receive one of up to 1,893 IKEA Gift Cards worth fifty euros (€50) each (hereinafter the “Gift”), by following the Participation Procedure set out in Clause 4 below, subject to availability and while stocks last. The order of priority for awarding the Gifts shall be determined by the chronological order in which valid entries are submitted through Samsung Members.

Upon completion of the Participation Procedure (Clause 4), Beneficiaries will automatically be entered into the prize draw for the Promotion, in which two (2) winners will be selected to receive one (1) IKEA Gift Card worth €500 each (hereinafter the “Prize Draw Gift”).

The prize draw, including all entries submitted, will take place on 14 December 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Advertising Agency’s offices, using an electronic random code generation platform to ensure the integrity of the process.

The draw will select two (2) winners (hereinafter the “Winners”) and two (2) alternates. Each Winner will be entitled to one (1) Prize Draw Gift. The two (2) alternates will be ranked in order of priority.

The Winners will receive their prize by email at the address registered to their Samsung Account within ten (10) calendar days after the prize draw.

If any Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or declines the Prize Draw Gift, they will be replaced by the first available alternate in the order in which the alternates were selected.

The Gift will be sent to the alternate within ten (10) calendar days following confirmation of the validity of their entry and their selection as the replacement Winner.

The Prize Draw Gift will be awarded only to the Winner or the relevant alternate; it is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Participation Procedure & Gift Collection

To receive the Gift, a Beneficiary must:

  1. Have Samsung Wallet installed on their Samsung Galaxy device and have added a compatible VISA bank card issued by Alpha Bank or Piraeus Bank.
  2. During the Purchase Period, have made a single purchase of at least €50 at an IKEA store in Greece or through the IKEA e-shop, paying the full purchase amount using Samsung Wallet.
  3. During the Participation Period:
    • Sign in to Samsung Members using their Samsung Account or create an account if they do not already have one.
    • Select the Promotion under the Benefits tab in the application.
    • Select the option to proceed to the Promotion page and click “Submit”.
    • Complete the Participation Form by providing the following details: telephone number, proof of purchase and proof of payment using Samsung Wallet (a clear photograph of the purchase receipt or invoice and a clear screenshot of the Samsung Wallet payment confirmation from the Samsung Wallet application), and the date of purchase at a physical IKEA store and/or the IKEA e-shop.

The following details will be automatically populated in the Participation Form from the participant’s Samsung Account: email address, full name and date of entry submission.

Proof of the Samsung Wallet transaction is obtained as follows:

  • Open the Samsung Wallet application on your phone and select the card used to complete the IKEA purchase.
  • Find and select the relevant transaction.
  • Take a screenshot of the transaction from the Samsung Wallet app and upload it to the Participation Form. The screenshot must clearly show the merchant description, transaction date and transaction amount. Taken together, these details and the purchase document must clearly establish that they refer to the same IKEA purchase.
  1. Confirm the entry in the Promotion and the accuracy of their personal details, read these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and Samsung’s Privacy Policy, and accept them.
  2. Once all the above details have been completed, select “Next” and then “Summary” to confirm that all required fields have been completed correctly. The participant must then select “Register” to submit their entry.

Each submitted entry will be reviewed for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If the entry is deemed valid and, based on the chronological order of submission, qualifies for one of the 1,893 available IKEA Gift Cards worth €50 each, the Gift Card will be sent within ten (10) calendar days following the completion of the review and confirmation of the entry’s validity, exclusively to the email address associated with the Samsung Account through which the entry was submitted.

For any information regarding the Promotion, any participant or third party may contact Samsung’s customer service centre on 80111 7267864. Calls to this number are charged according to the tariff of the relevant mobile or landline telephone service provider. Telephone service providers’ free-call packages generally do not include calls to numbers such as 801 numbers. To avoid additional charges, please consult the terms of your tariff plan and check whether such calls are included.

For any matter or issue relating to the use of the Gift Cards, as well as purchases, product returns and transactions generally at IKEA stores, Beneficiaries are requested to contact IKEA at cs.ecommerce@ikea.gr.

The IKEA Gift Card is not issued in a named person’s name, and an IKEA Family or IKEA for Business account is not required for its redemption. Beneficiaries may use it at the IKEA online store, at store checkouts and at self-checkouts. They may also check the available Gift Card balance through the relevant channels, as specified in the applicable IKEA Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

5. Submission of Entries

Participants are solely responsible for the complete, accurate and timely completion and submission of all required information and supporting documents in accordance with Clause 4. The entry submission process must be completed by the end of the Participation Period. Incomplete submissions do not constitute valid entries, and information or supporting documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

6. Verification of Entries

Each submitted entry is checked for compliance with these Terms. If the review establishes that the eligibility requirements are not met, the entry will be rejected and will confer no right to receive a Gift or participate in the prize draw. The procedures set out in Clauses 3 and 4 apply to the awarding of Gifts and the replacement of Prize Draw Winners.

7. Product Returns

In the event of a full or partial return of products from the purchase on which the entry was based, if the value of the products retained by the Participant falls below fifty euros (€50), the Participant must immediately notify the Organiser using the contact details specified in Clause 4. If it is established that, as a result of the return, the above requirement is no longer met, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the entry, including the prize draw entry, to withhold any Gift not yet delivered and, if the Gift has already been delivered, to request its return in accordance with applicable law. This clause does not restrict consumers’ statutory rights of withdrawal or their rights in relation to defective products.

8. Gift Conditions

The Gift is personal and may not be exchanged or transferred, nor may its replacement with another item or its redemption for cash at any value be requested. Use of the Gift Cards is subject to the Terms and Conditions attached as an Appendix to these Terms.

9. Exclusion of Entries

The Organiser may, at any stage of the Promotion, exclude entries containing ambiguities and/or technical errors and/or any participant who, in the Organiser’s opinion, may have used (or attempted to use) unfair means in connection with their participation or has breached (or attempted to breach) any of these Terms.

10. Amendment or Cancellation of the Promotion

The Organiser reserves the right, where serious reasons arise or in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to amend, withdraw, extend or shorten the duration of the Promotion, modify the benefits offered, amend these Terms and Conditions, and/or cancel the Promotion upon announcement on the Site. In such cases, the Organiser shall bear no liability towards participants and/or any third party.

11. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall bear no liability if it is unable to perform its obligations in connection with this Promotion due to force majeure circumstances, including, indicatively, war, hostilities, terrorism, civil war, revolution, earthquakes, floods, fires, explosions, epidemics, viral outbreaks, natural catastrophes, severe weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions, including restrictions on retail store operations, or any other comparable event beyond its reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Participants shall have no rights whatsoever, nor shall they acquire any rights, in or to the trademarks, trade names, signs, emblems, logos or other distinctive marks of the Organiser’s group.

13. Taxes and Charges

Any lawful taxes, duties, charges, withholdings or other fees lawfully required in connection with the receipt and use of the Gifts shall be borne solely and exclusively by the participants.

14. Personal Data

Participants are informed that the personal data submitted through the Participation Form will be processed by the Organiser for the purposes of the Promotion, in accordance with the Organiser’s Promotional Campaign Privacy Notice, which is available through the Samsung Members Participation Form and at https://www.samsung.com/gr/info/privacy/local/. The Samsung Account Privacy Policy is available at https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp, while the Samsung Members Privacy Policy is available within the application.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Promotion, participants fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall initially be settled through amicable negotiations. Failing such settlement, the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and the matter shall be governed by Greek law.




IKEA Giftcard T&Cs

  • The IKEA gift card is valid in all IKEA stores, Pick Up & Order Points and the IKEA e-shop, in Greece. You can request a gift card at any checkout and load it with amount you want or you can purchase it online at IKEA.gr with the amount you want.
  • The minimum amount for a gift card is 5€ and the maximum 500€. For any higher amount you can issue multiple gift cards.
  • Transactions with your credit balance will be made in the local currency of your card issuer. The gift card can be used for full or partial payment of the amount corresponding to your purchases. Show your gift card to the cashier or fill in your gift card number at IKEA.gr, upon payment. If the balance is insufficient to pay your entire purchase, you can cover the difference with other means of payment.
  • The gift cards are valid for (36) months from the date of purchase. After the (36) months the gift card is automatically cancelled as well as its balance.*
  • The gift card cannot be refunded for money or used as a credit card.
  • In case of a return the products paid with gift card will be refunded by issuing a new gift card or by issuing a credit note. Purchase receipt is required.
  • HOUSEMARKET A.E. assumes no liability for the loss, theft or destruction of your gift card, does not replace it and does not return its value.
  • Check your available gift card balance at any checkout or online at IKEA.gr.
  • Your balance cannot be repaid in cash and it is not attributable to interest.
  • HOUSEMARKET A.E. reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time.
  • The use of the gift card is an acceptance of these terms.
