The terms and conditions for IKEA Family members are updated, effective from July 10th 2024.
Dear members,
We inform you about changes affecting the terms and conditions of IKEA Family. IKEA Family is updated with the launch of a new, separate loyalty program designed specifically for businesses and companies, IKEA for Business.
With IKEA for Business, we ensure that the collection and redemption of points with purchases for your business are assigned to the card registered and certified with your business/company details. Therefore, the terms and conditions of IKEA Family are updated from July 10th 2024, according to the changes brought by IKEA for Business.
- IKEA Family members are able to collect and redeem points with purchases of products at IKEA stores and on IKEA.gr by issuing a retail receipt.
- Similarly, IKEA Family members engaged in professional activities must register for the new IKEA for Business in order to collect points with their professional VAT number and invoice issuance.
- IKEA Family members are able to transfer their points to the new IKEA for Business card, after the necessary certification and completion of registration, renewing their validity for an additional 2 years. The IKEA Family card afterwards will be deleted.
If you wish to remain in both loyalty programs, please be informed that your points will be maintained separately in each program, and can only be redeemed through the respective program, either for personal purchases with a retail receipt (IKEA Family), or for business purchases with an invoice (IKEA for Business).
