INGREDIENTS:
- 16 SLAGVERK breaded wheat-based pieces
- 4 GRÄDDAT soft thin flatbreads
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 ml salsa sauce
- 100 g yoghurt, plant-based or regular
- 60 g lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper
STEP BY STEP:
- Cook the breaded pieces according to the instructions on the package.
- Chop the bell pepper and cut the cucumber into sticks.
- Fill each flatbread with lettuce, yoghurt, breaded pieces, veggies, and sauce. Salt and pepper to taste, and fold the flatbreads into wraps. Start with the bottom, and then the sides.
