Meatball mummies
These yummy meatball mummies will get the whole family into the Halloween spirit! Use plant balls, meatballs or both for a quick and easy snack to make together.
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 20 min
INGREDIENTS:
- 16 HUVUDROLL plant balls or meatballs
- 125 g puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEP BY STEP:
- Thaw the meatballs.
- Heat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the puff pastry into 1/2 cm wide long strips.
- Press three meatballs together tightly and wrap them with the puff pastry strips. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Brush the puff pastry lightly with beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the mummies cool slightly. Make the eyes with mayonnaise.
