Cereal bars with dried berries, nuts, and white chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

• 125g brown sugar
• 165g honey
• 65g butter
• Salt
• 1 cup of HJALTEROLL muesli with cocoa and dried berries
• 1 cup of HJALTEROLL granola with nuts and dried berries
• 1 pack of MUNSBIT roasted almonds lightly salted
• 1 pack of MUNSBIT roasted cashews lightly salted
• 1 BELÖNING white chocolate tablet with raspberry

STEP BY STEP:

• Combine the honey, the sugar, the butter and the salt in a pot. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
• Finely chop the MUNSBIT cashews and MUNSBIT almonds and place them in a bowl.
• Add the HJALTEROLL muesli and granola.
• Continue by adding the honey mix and stir.
• Place a baking sheet on a tray and spread the mixture.
• Let cool for 30 minutes.
• Cut in the desired shape.
• Drizzle the melted chocolate with a spoon over the cereal bars.
