The pad is made of natural rubber and mesh fabric that gives you a soft surface when exercising.

You can use the bench for many different exercises to train your arms, legs, back and abdomen.
Train your triceps by doing dips on the exercise bench. Place your palms on the top of the bench with your back to the long side and bend.
Exercise biceps by sitting on the bench with both feet firmly on the floor and a straight back. Extend your hands straight ahead, palms up, and pull them in towards the chest, with or without weights.
Lie on your back on the bench with your feet on the floor and exercise weights in your hands. Lift straight up towards the ceiling from the bench’s height and slowly lower again.
